Zambian In US Wanted By FBI For Money Laundering & Fraud Activities

dominic

The FBI are investigating a Zambian citizen living in the US known as Dominic Senti for swindling unsuspecting people in the US and around the world.

Dominic traveled to the Us from Zambia many years ago an earns a living by swindling unsuspecting clients overseas.
Dominic and his fellow fraudsters such as Ricardo Lopez, William Crosby, Mimi Giordano and Jeffrey Keene set up fake companies in Tampa, Florida. The two most used fronts are zausa.net and JD Truck Sales. They are all under investigation by the FBI, Tampa Police and the Florida State Attorney‘s office.
The majority of target potential customers are oversees who can not travel to the US.
According to reports,  they have websites that  advertise trucks, trailers and heavy equipment  and collect deposits from potential customers. And when a potential customer makes a deposit, not goods are delivered. then they disappear and change phones and email/physical addresses regularly.
Some reported victims are victims in South America, Saudi Arabia, Angola, Mozambique and Zambia. In the US we know of fraud victims in Illinois, Atlanta, Alabama and Texas.
A recent victim from zambia reported his story. This is his story fromRipoffreports
“Dominic Senti, Mimi Giordano and Jeffery Keene advertised flat bed trailers on http://www.jdtrucksales.com/
After several days of talking to Mimi Giordano and Jeffery Keene. I was convinced they had the trailers and as a result, on July 4th, 2012, I traveled to see the trailers in Jacksonville, Florida with my family to go and physically see the trailers before I paid them any deposit. I was shown some nice trailers in a large yard by Mimi Giordano who claimed that they owned all the trailers there.
On July 13, 2012, I wired $20,550.00 for flat bed trailers on behalf of my brother in law who lives in Zambia. However, that was the end of it for several days, there was no phone call nor email. I got worried. Started calling daily and received no responses. I knew something was terribly wrong.
After a while Mimi wrote the following:
1) all three trailers are at the mechanics shop
2) sales receipt is the invoice minus shipping since you are going directly through Lee
3) titles will be scanned and sent to Lee by today, I will email you vin numbers by end of today.
First of all, these VIN numbers are for trailers from the 70s. My trailers that I saw where very recent.
Trailer #1- 1FUYFS2453PA906025
Trailer #2- 1GRJM9629EM062105
Trailer #3- M23025
She couldn’t provide me the mechanics shop, so on July 30th, 2012. My brother in law flew from Zambia and him and I went to Tampa to see Mimi. After a run around she confessed that she didn’t have the trailers and the company was in fact owned by Dominic Senti. I knew after this that the game had just become sour. Dominic Senti has a past that is not good.
We reported the case to Tampa Police Department District 1, their affiliate FBI field office and ICE (their International white collar crimes division).
After so many months trying to get our money back, there is no refund nor trailers. Dominic, Mimi and Jefferey are not answering calls nor returning emails.
The state officials are investigating and there is no pressure on Dominic and his crew to return the money. Meanwhile Jefferey has skipped the country and is overseas.
So, do not work with JD Trucks Sales or its sister company ZAUSA, Inc no matter how desperate.
