SUNZU SPOTTED IN LUSAKA AS HE REMAINS INACTIVE

sunzu-300x300National team coach Herve Renard faces a selection challenge ahead of the June World cup qualifiers after he was widely condemned for using inactive players in the 1 – 1 draw against Lesotho as the backbone of his Chipolopolo continue to lack game time.
Defense kingpin Stopilla Sunzu whose lack of match fitness showed with a below par display in Maseru was spotted in Lusaka this week as he continues to stay away from his club TP Mazembe.

Mazembe decided not to register the player for the Champions league which is key and mainstay of the Mazembe team owing to the inconsistent and less competitive league.
Added to Renard’s woes is that Mazembe has also not reistered Nathan Sinkala for the CAF champions league as well Francis Kasonde who was a key member of the 2012 AFCON winning squad.
For all the players at the players at TP Mazembe, only Rainford Kalaba and and Hichani Himonde started against Botswana’s Center Chiefs in the champions league while Singuluma and Sakuwaha sat out the match.
Elsewhere, Mayuka has not seen even the site if the bench since his return from the AFCON in South Africa while Isaac Chansa continues to be clubless since being released by Henan Jianye of China.
William Njovu also still remains clubless while play maker Chisamba Lungu has only played less than 40 minutes since the AFCON in South Africa.
Emmanuel Mbola has also played only once since the ill fated AFCON tournament.
